JOHN BECHLY SCHOLARSHIP
Awarded to a direct-care-line-staff worker who stands out as a person who cares about excellence in the industry and the quality of life for the residents who would not attend the conference if not for this scholarship.

AWARD

• Full annual conference registration
• All conference events and materials
• Overnight accommodations for the annual conference

CRITERIA

• Need (financial assistance to attend the conference is a factor for this scholarship)
• Demonstrated excellence in client care
• Outstanding employee performance

BARBARA FOX SCHOLARSHIP
Awarded Awarded to a manager or supervisor who has demonstrated leadership skills in their work place that influenced or induced a cause or direction that encouraged and motivated employees to increase the quality of life of the clients/residents they serve.
