The Residential Services Association of Wisconsin (RSA Wisconsin) recognizes three levels of outstanding individuals who exhibit extraordinary performance in the assisted living industry. One winner will be selected in each category, and that person will receive complimentary accommodation and registration to the Annual Conference at which time they will be awarded.
Direct Care Line Staff Award – Presidents Award for Excellence An individual who provides exemplary client service, has special interaction with clients, assists clients in achieving their personal goals and exhibits positive teamwork in their agency.
Middle Management Award – Fox Leadership Award An individual who is known for their positive leadership/supervision style and has affected the success of their agency, by being a good role model to employees and through their work in the community on behalf of their agency.
Executive Staff Award – Under Eagles Wings An individual who is recognized for assuring quality care for all clients served, being a client advocate to local community leaders, creating awareness of client needs to community and enhancing services provided to clients.
