39th RSA Wisconsin Annual Conference
"Caution: System Under Construction Proceed With Care"
May 21-23, 2008

Chula Vista Resort
Wisconsin Dells, WI

Register before April 27th for the Early Bird Specials!

Warning!  You are entering a residential systems construction zone!  Proceed with Caution!

The systems involved with residential services are undergoing a complete overhaul. Over the next few years, residential providers will need to manage the changing systems.  At RSA Wisconsin, we are dedicated to providing you with the tools to manage the “system under construction”.  The 2008 Annual Conference has been specifically designed with this in mind.

This year’s conference will provide you and your staff with 15 hours of continuing education including the DQA required topics as well as information crucial to owners, operators, and supervisors about the changes ahead.  We will also be introducing new “Members Only” benefits that will be available to you including discount programs and web-based tools.  Don’t miss these valuable benefits!  Finally, we will be offering two options for attendees to get the handouts this year.  As we did last year, all handouts will be available on-line prior to the conference for those who wish to get them electronically.  For those who prefer the books, these will be available for $15 each if ordered prior to the conference.  Be sure to order these when you register if you wish to have the books. Only a limited number will be available on site...and they’ll cost $25!

As always, there will be plenty of networking opportunities as well.  On Wednesday night, there will be a special networking session for major decision makers and vendors, and on Thursday we will be offering a free boat ride leaving right from the Chula Vista Resort and Conference Center.

See you there!

Chris Irelan
“The Psychology Guy”

It's All In Perspective:
How to Keep Your Sanity, Service, and Smile

What if…your IT department communicated better with sales & marketing?
What if…you had less headaches in human resources?
What if…you came to work and went home more refreshed?
What if…you could remember more details and keep more in control?
What if…others wanted to do more business with you because of your interactions?
What if…you looked like a hero both in your department and your company?
What if…your competitors didn't stand a chance because of your relationships?
What if…people sought you out to do business with you instead of you seeking them?
What if…your entire perspective was legitimately changed, permanently?

Sound too good to be true? It's not! Chris Irelan, named by the US Office of Patents and Trademarks as "The Psychology Guy®" has developed the ultimate program. Using over twenty years of research, Chris presents his program in a fun and funny way that gives all attendees immediate take-home value and lasting results. His high content programs have been requested throughout North America and have helped more companies than any program in America!

Closing Keynote Session
Friday, May 23rd
11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Dennis Mannering, CSP
Professional Speaker

Attitudes Are Contagious…Are Yours Worth Catching?

What do leadership, teamwork and motivation have in common? Each is most successfully developed with the right attitudes. If you are working more but enjoying it less, it’s attitude. If you have lost your enthusiasm for what you do, it’s attitude! If you are leading, but no one is following, it’s attitude. Our speaker has a mission to help people put the right attitudes into every day, so that each day is productive and enjoyable. Today, Dennis Mannering will share ideas with us that will help us to take control of our lives, make our attitudes’ worth catching, and find ways to enjoy our careers as much as our days off.
