Effectively working with a variety of people and groups to serve those we support is an integral component of working as a residential provider. Staff, families, guardians, MCOs, ADRCs, DQA, our communities, and the clients themselves are all a part of this process. Since they all have different needs and expectations, relationship building with each of them is critical. During the 2010 RSA Wisconsin Annual Conference, we will focus on “Building Bridges” and how to attain the solid, trustworthy relationships that are so necessary in our field.

Since 1972, Dennis Mananering has provided over 2,200 presentations, positively influencing the lives of thousands of people through his simple, direct method of getting to the heart of quality living and working. His company is dedicated to providing meaningful programs for businesses and organizations. Prior to founding his company, Dennis was an insurance sales person, a teacher in the inner city of Milwaukee, and an educational administrator for Green Bay Wisconsin area schools. Dennis dovetails these experiences with the knowledge he has gained through presenting for associations, Fortune 500 companies, and numerous School Districts to share practical and inspiring inforamtion for his audiences.
Dennis has a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State, and an Master of Science earned through UW-Madison. In 1988 Dennis earned the designation of Certfied Speaking Professional from the National Speakers Association. He is a past president of the Wisconsin Professional Speakers Assocaition (WPSA). He was given the Speaking Star Awards from WPSA for his achievements and contributions in the field of professional speaking. Dennis has also produced four audio learning systems and two motivational videos. |
