Leave with a Completed Plan for your Agency!

Each attendee will receive both a hard-copy and electronic version of an emergency preparedness plan tailored specifically to assisted living facilities.

While on-site attendees will work through the hard-copy of the plan together with Director of Hospital Emergency Preparedness for the WI Division of Public Health, Dennis Tomczyk, where they will have the ability to ask questions every step of the way. Each registered attendee will also receive an electronic copy in Microsoft Word after the event.    

Payment Information

Cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members three weeks prior. After March 9th for the March Meeting, or April 6th for the April meeting, fee will increase by $5 each.

All Regional Meetings are on a first-come, first-serve basis. If this session must be cancelled due to low attendance, you will be notified by phone no less than one week prior to the meeting date.
