Shuttle Service (no cost for any of these options):
- The hotel shuttle runs between the resort and Monk's Bar & Grille. (Shuttle runs until midnight, Monk's open nightly until 2am.)
- Marley's Club has its own complimentary shuttle (shuttle runs 8pm- 2am.) Must call 608-963-5540.
- Ho-Chunk Casino also has its own complimentary transportation (shuttle runs 24 hours.) Must call 608-355-7777 x2435.
Other Details
- There is no room service anywhere on the property.
- Don't forget your sweater! Some of the meeting rooms can get chilly.
- If you have any special needs, please contact the office prior to the conference.

The Residential Services Association of Wisconsin (RSA Wisconsin) presents three awards to recognize individuals who exhibit extraordinary performance in the assisted living industry. One winner will be selected in each category, and that person will receive complimentary accommodation and registration to the Annual Conference at which time they will be awarded.
- Direct Care Line Staff Award – Presidents Award for Excellence goes to an individual who provides exemplary client service, has special interaction with clients, assists clients in achieving their personal goals and exhibits positive teamwork in their agency.
- Middle Management Award – Fox Leadership Award is awarded to an individual who is known for their positive leadership/supervision style and has affected the success of their agency, by being a good role model to employees and through their work in the community on behalf of their agency.
- Executive Staff Award – Under Eagles Wings is given to an individual who is recognized for assuring quality care for all clients served, being a client advocate to local community leaders, creating awareness of client needs to community and enhancing services provided to clients.
