This link gives you an opportunity to submit questions to BAL, MCOs, DHS or the RSA Board of Directors in a confidential manner. This is great for those questions that you always wanted to ask your peers but never knew who to ask, or for those quality assurance questions that you need answers on with “raising red flags”.
Simply fill out the form below and click the send button. Your message will be sent to the RSA office, we will remove your name and identifying information, and then we will send it to the appropriate recipient for an answer. Once we have the answer, we will post it (if appropriate) at the link below so that others who may have the same question can see the answer. We will also e-mail the response directly to you.
Please note that the RSA office will do everything possible to maintain your confidentiality unless prohibited by law. We do, however, require your name and contact information on the form so that we can respond to your question.
We do ask that you phrase your question in an appropriate fashion. Any questions containing profanity, abusive language, sexually explicit content, or other content deemed inappropriate will be discarded. Please see RSA’s legal statement for additional information.
